Q: Can I order by phone or fax?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Credit Or Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Check Or Money Order By Mail: You can also send in a check or money order by mail and we will ship your order when your payment arrives here.

Q: How do I pay by credit card or debit card?

A: This is the most popular payment method by far. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If your bank or debit card has a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover symbol on the front, we can accept it just like a normal credit card!
Be sure that the billing name and address that you give matches what your credit card company has on file. This is most likely the address that your credit card bill goes to. If it does not match, it may cause delays to your order or may cause your order to be declined.
With a credit card payment, you will notice the charge on your bill or statement within 2 business days.
If Your Credit Card Is Declined: If your credit card is declined, you will get an immediate message after clicking the Order Submit button. We do not know the reason why a card is declined. Contact your credit card company or bank for information or try carefully submitting the information again.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: All prices on our site are shown in US dollars. All foreign payments should be made in this currency. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to US dollars and pay the appropriate amount.

Q: Do you give out customer information? (No!)

Not just no, but HECK NO! We strongly believe in your privacy and we really hate spam and wasteful advertisements. This really is one of our core values. We personally hate having our personal information given out to other companies, so we would never do this to you. Many companies have approached us about this, but we have denied them every time. Some greedy businesses believe this is just another way to make money off your customers. If something is not good for the customer, then we do NOT do it. We don't even spam our customers ourselves.

 

Q: Do you send me unsolicited e-mail if I order?

A: No! We hate spam more than you do and we would never do that to our awesome customers. At most we would send out an e-mail to interested customers once every 4 or 5 months when something really special is happening on our site. That would be the absolute max. So far in our history, we have only done this once.
Some of our competitors will continue to e-mail you daily, weekly or monthly with advertisements that you do not want. Once you order from them, they pretty much "own" your e-mail address. Some may even sell your e-mail address to other companies so they can also spam you. We will NEVER sell or give out your private information no matter what! That is our promise to you.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: We care about our visitors! That is why we NEVER sell any information to anybody... ever. Unlike most companies online, we will not give your personal information to other companies so they can call you or send bulk mail and e-mail to you. You can feel safe giving us your information. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Shipping - USA/International


Q: What USA shipping methods do you have?

A: Priority 2-3 Days: This is the US Postal Service Priority Mail option. This service is not guaranteed, but we have found it be VERY reliable. At least 95% of shipments arrive in 2 - 3 days with MANY coming in 2 days. They even deliver on Saturdays! With other shipping companies, they may say 3 days delivery time, but that almost never counts Saturdays, so the delivery time is usually much longer. There is basic delivery confirmation and tracking on most Priority packages. The USPS can deliver to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes and many places that other carriers can not reach.

Q: What are your USA shipping rates?

A:  Don't be fooled by other sites that LOOK like they have great prices or shipping fees, only to find out that their overall price is much higher than us! Sometimes a site will give you "free shipping" but then charge you a handling fee or charge you a higher price for the product. Other sites will give you a low price for the product, but then charge you an outrageous shipping or handling fee. We do not play games with our customers! 
USPS Priority 2-3 Days: This shipment method only takes 2 - 3 days in most cases and that even counts Saturdays! The rates for the USPS Priority Mail will be a 5.99 flat rate and free for any order over 75 dollars. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply click ORDER next to the products you want to put them in your shopping basket. On that first shopping basket page it will show you the full shipping rates. We don't hide the rates on the last checkout page!
 
Q: What are your International shipping rates?
A: Shipping cost to all destinations outside the United States is a flat fee per order of $11.99.

Q:  How long does shipping take?

A: We strive to always ship your order out within 24 hours, usually much quicker. If you order before 12.00 p.m. Central Time, your order will most likely ship the SAME day! Our customers are constantly shocked by how fast we ship orders out. We understand that you want your products as fast as humanly possible. You will get an e-mail from us when your order ships.

Q: Will I be notified when my package ships?

A: Yes! We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order ships. It will give you  important information like the date of shipment and any available tracking information. If your order cannot ship for some reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?

A: With USPS Priority Mail, you will not receive a tracking number by e-mail, but you will have a basic delivery confirmation and tracking number in case there is a problem. With Priority Mail, your order should be delivered within 2 - 3 days.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Yes, we can ship to PO boxes no problem!

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

A: Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO military addresses with no problem! We have shipped tens of thousands of orders to military addresses and many more every day. The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping to the USA... not higher.
Use the following format for filling out the address form:

You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state.
You will be surprised at how fast your shipment arrives! Of course, it may take longer 2 - 3 days if you are outside of the country, but it will still be there very quickly.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our number one goal is to make sure you receive your package in as little time as possible! To do this, we make sure to ship your order out SUPER quick. We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships.
If everything is in stock and you order before 12:00 p.m. Central Time, we will ship your order out THE SAME DAY! If your order after this time, we will ship your order out the next morning.
If your order is on backorder, we will ship your order the day that your items come in. Don't worry, backorders are rare! If we do have a backorder, it is usually for only a few days at the most.

Q: Can you overnight my order?

A: Yes, that is no problem!  Just select the overnight shipping method on your shopping cart.

Shipping - International

Q: What international shipping methods are there?

A: We have worked hard to find the best possible international shipping methods! Our goal has always been to make it easy for people outside of the USA to order from us. We get many e-mails from customers who appreciate our fast and reliable international shipping.
International Postal Service (7 - 14 Days): This service is very popular for our smaller, lighter packages. These shipments are delivered by your local post office and will take about 7 to 14 days to arrive. This method is also reliable. If you prefer to have your package delivered by your local mail service, this is the option for you. Tracking numbers are NOT available to customers for most packages that are shipped with this shipping method. 
Delays are rare but will depend on the customs agency and rules in your country.

Q: What are the international shipping rates?

We have worked hard to give you the best possible international shipping rates!  We charge a flat rate of 9.99 to ship your package International Airmail.

Will you ship ANY product to my country?

A:
Almost. We will ship almost any product in our store to any country! We can not possibly keep up with all the laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy. 
VERY IMPORTANT:
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

To be honest, we are not 100% sure. It is nearly impossible to keep up with all the laws in every country around the world. They also change very often. The best idea would be to contact your local government or check out their web sites for laws and restrictions. We will ship almost ANY product to any country, but if the product is returned or destroyed, the responsibility is yours. We will do our part and follow your directions. We will ship the products that you order to the address you provide! We will also ship discreetly in order to protect your privacy.

Q: Do you fraud check all orders?

A: Yes! We have many checks in place to be as sure as we can that an order is not fraud. We will check your billing address, your IP address, your credit card information and much more. If you do place a fraudulent order, we will prosecute and contact the authorities in your area. Don't even think about submitting a fraudulent order. We do this to protect our good customers!

Q: What happens if the package is stopped by customs?

A: Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders get stopped by the customs agency in your country. First of all, please read our full disclaimer:

My Package Was Seized, Now What?

If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to us. If they do, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again. We will help you out!

If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products.

We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products. Our goal is to make every customer happy! We do exactly as the customer tell us to do, like any good company should. Unfortunately, sometimes doing what you want us to do can cause problems if you are not sure of what the laws are in your country.

Q: How often does CTDLabs.com ship internationally?

We ship HUNDREDS of packages internationally every single day! We really do have a ton of experience doing this and we will always work hard to get better and better at it.

Q:
Will I have to pay taxes or duties on the shipment?

A:
Maybe. Every country is different and it depends on a LOT of different factors. We will tell you that we do everything we can to make sure that you either don't have to pay any fees or at least minimize them. Check the laws in your country to be sure. From our experience, most foreign customers do not pay any fees when they receive the shipment. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back, but we can not refund any shipping or return shipping fees. Let us know if we can do anything to help you out by giving us instructions in the COMMENTS section of the order form!

Q: What is the current exchange rate for my currency?

A: All prices on our site are shown in US dollars. All foreign payments should be made in this currency. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to US dollars and pay the appropriate amount.

Q:  How do I know if my order has shipped?
 
A:  We will send you an shipping notification email once your product ships.
 
Q: What is my tracking number?
 
A:  USPS Priority Mail (USA):  We will have a basic delivery confirmation and tracking number in case there is a problem. This number can tell us when the order shipped and when the order is delivered, and sometimes it shows us where the package is in transit. It will also tell us if there was a problem with delivery. With Priority Mail, your order should be delivered within 2 - 3 days in most cases.
 
Q: What happens if my credit card is declined?
 
A: If your credit card is declined, our shopping cart will let you know immediately. Once you click submit, the authorization is sent to Authorize.Net, one of the world's largest and most secure real-time credit card processors. If it is approved, you will get an order number and a receipt. If it is declined, you will get a message letting you know so you can try again or contact your credit card company.

Your credit card may be denied for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Over Your Spending Limit
  • Wrong Card Number Entered
  • Name On Card Not Correct
  • Billing Address Does Not Match What Your Credit Card Company Has On File
  • Internet Charges Are Not Authorized For Your Credit Card Account
  • Your New Credit Card Has Not Been Activated
  • Blocked For Possible Fraud
  • Other: Call Your Bank. They Will Have A Record Of The Decline And The Reason

We do not know the reason for the decline since the credit card company does not tell us. At least 60% of the declines are caused by customers entering in the wrong expiration date or name on card! Try the order again on our site if you know the card is good.

The information sent to us will be sent to the credit card reporting agency as we are lawfully required to do so just in case this was a fraudulent transaction. This is for your safety and nothing will happen if this was just a normal decline. We do prosecute fraud EVERY time.

Returns/Damages/Exchanges
 
Q: Can I return/exchange a product that is not opened?
 
A: Yes! We understand how your circumstances may change or you may change your mind. As long as you return the item(s) within 30 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. Of course, we can not refund your shipping or return shipping fees.

To Return An Item That Is Not Opened

To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.
